The service and repair was great, took it in on a Tuesday and got it back that Friday. You never know what to expect with some companies and seeing as I never used this repair place before I was ready/expecting for someone to tell me there was more wrong with it than it actually was ( to add to the cost ). That wasn’t the case here, I kinda knew going in what the problem was but lacked the skill t…o fix it, so I knew it could only be 1 or 2 things wrong at the most. They did an honest job and I think the price is very fair, also having a place in town that fixes consoles is a great thing to have.

Also to note, I had a small problem in which they double charged me on my credit card by mistake. I brought it to there attention and they told me they had to wait for the person that does the bookkeeping to come in later that week. Now at this point I had my console and it was working great but how they handled this problem would really make or break whether I did business with them again. Needless to say, I received a call from the bookkeeper and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. So I’d definitely recommend using there service and I will be in the future. Keep up the great work !

Let me start off by saying that if there could ever be a possible problem with an electronicdevice, it would happen to me, the most technologically-challenged person on the planet. If you are anything like me, your phone is your life, whether you want to admit it or not.

It started off with a small problem: a cracked screen, though inconvenient, not a huge deal. On a Thursday, I decided that it would be easy and convenient to take it to the first sketchy shop (my cellular, across the street in the Parkville Shopping Center) I could find, pay the fee and be done with it. The repair only took about 20 minutes, and I was ecstatic to get my phone back so soon. It wasn’t until later that evening that my phone started acting funny. I tried restarting it, and all I got was the black/red/blue SCREEN OF DEATH. I literally couldn’t do anything with the device. The next day, I went back. They were closed. I called both of the numbers that I had for them; one was disconnected and the other was to someone who had never ever heard of the shop. Like any other 24 year-old, I panicked and did a search online, and I am so glad that I came across SysQuick Console Repair.

Not only are they super reasonably priced, but the staff is more than awesome. They kept me updated every step of the way and were so fast in getting my phone back to me.
