Payments

Visit us at our shop in Baltimore, MD. We accept cash, check, mastercard, visa and discover. Are you from out of town? Don’t Worry!!! Ship us your device… we’ll fix it and ship it back!

If you are shipping us a device for repair, we request a prepayment to cover service fee so we can get the job started when we receive the item. Please call ahead before sending a payment.

After the device is repaired, we request any outstanding amount (usually parts and/or shipping) to be paid before pick-up or return shipping. This can be done in-person or via invoice (sent by email).

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the item. We ALWAYS insure items when they are being sent back and it will be reflected in the shipping charge.

We use USPS. The item will be shipped back insured and we provide you with a tracking number.
